2020: Debuted for the Eagles at the Alligator Lake Invitational (9/18/20) and was the team's top finisher in the 5K with a time of 18:02.1...ran a 29:08.7 at the FSU Invitational (10/2/20)...posted a 28:55 to finish third at the TCC Eagle Invite (10/17/20)...was third on the team and 17th overall at the FCSAA Championships (10/30/20) with a time of 28:50...ran a season-best 28:39.98 to finish 64th at the NJCAA Championships (11/14/20).

2019: Ran his freshman season at the University of North Carolina Pembroke...was a teammate of current Eagle Mat Maier...made his collegiate debut at the Trevecca D2 Showcase (9/28/19) and posted a time of 27:28 in the 8K...ran a season-best 26:58 at the Royals Challenge (10/11/19)...helped UNCP to a third-place finish at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (10/26/19) with a time of 28:27.15...ran his first 10K of the season at the NCAA Southeast Region Championship (11/9/19) and posted a 34:42.3.

High School: Prepped at Corning-Painted Post High School for coach Raymond Lawson ... Registered personal-best times of 4:34 in the 1600-meter run, 10:04 in the 3200-meter run and 16:53 in the 5K...also played volleyball in high school.
