MARIANNA, Fla. (February 23, 2021) – Chipola College knocked off Tallahassee Community College, 96-47, in women's basketball action on Tuesday evening.
The Indians shot 64.3 percent in the first half, racing to leads of 27-8 and 49-16 after the first and second quarters, respectively.
Tallahassee played the hosts to a 20-20 stalemate in the third quarter and trailed 69-36 heading to the fourth.
Ana Nikulochkina scored a team-high 18 points for Tallahassee. Kyra Smith added nine and Rita James, eight.
The Eagles will host Northwest Florida State College at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
