Tallahassee Fl. - November 9th, 2025 - The Tallahassee State College women's basketball team came up just short in a tightly contested matchup Friday night, falling 60–68 to Eastern Florida State College inside the Eagledome.

The game was close from start to finish, with both teams trading leads throughout. Despite several late pushes, the Eagles couldn't quite find enough separation down the stretch.

Lili Schmitt added 9 points, and Ashantay Noble filled the stat sheet with 6 points, 7 rebounds, and 6 assists.

Off the bench, Kinsleigh Hunter gave the Eagles a spark with 8 points, and Jamia Brown added 5 points and solid defense in key moments.

Tallahassee shot 37% from the field, outrebounded Eastern Florida 38–31, and held their own in every phase of the game.

The Eagles will look to bounce back on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11, when they host Santa Fe College at 2 p.m. inside the Eagledome.
