Eagles score highest total since 2023 in win over ESCC
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - JANUARY 6, 2026 — The Lady Eagles posted their most dominant performance of the season on Wednesday night, defeating Enterprise State Community College 100–37 to earn their 11th win of the year.
The Eagles reached the 100-point mark for the first time since the 2023 season, placing six players in double figures while forcing 37 Enterprise State turnovers.
All five Tallahassee starters scored in double figures, led by Lili Schmitt, who recorded a game-high 18 points on 7-of-12 shooting. Leanna Pabst, Madeline Penney, Ashantay Noble, and Kyana Poitier each finished with 12 points.
Off the bench, Jamia Brown added 14 points, providing a spark as Tallahassee State built its lead early and never relinquished control.
Defensively, the Eagles applied constant pressure, forcing 37 turnovers while committing just six turnovers of their own. Tallahassee State held Enterprise State to 38 percent shooting from the floor and controlled the boards with a 41–19 rebounding advantage.
Tallahassee State shot 45.1 percent (41-of-91) from the field and dished out 17 assists on the night.
